If you have gone to our live tracking terminal and you are receiving the following error:
Please check your Order # and E-mail address again. Please make sure you do not leave any empty spaces and that all of your information is matches your initial order confirmation invoice. If you used PayPal to make your payment, your E-mail address should be your primary e-mail address. Please ensure that there are no empty spaces.
This means that either either your order number or your e-mail address is incorrect. To fix this issue please first ensure that you are entering in the correct information:
- You can check what your order number is by checking your e-mail. Please view our article on what is my order number
- If you did not receive an e-mail, then the chances are that you typed in your e-mail address incorrectly. Please send us an e-mail and ask what your order number is by referencing your IMEI and the e-mail address that you may have used to make your purchase.
Credit Card Payments:
If you cannot locate your number, you can send us an e-mail requesting your order number. Please ensure that you reference the IMEI that you provided as well as the e-mail address you provided.
If you made the order through PayPal, you can find your order number by logging into your PayPal account and viewing the details of your transaction with us. There should be a field that says "Invoice ID". Please use that as your order number when filling out the login credentials on our live tracking terminal page
